Ride requests

Ride requests entered on this website are saved in Wix for SFT to review. The quick trip planner uses temporary browser session storage to carry route and schedule fields to the request page, then clears that temporary copy. If session storage is unavailable, those fields travel in the onsite page URL. Include your traveler contact details, route and schedule. Do not send payment-card numbers, identity documents or medical records in the request.

Hotel referral codes identify where a request came from. They do not indicate a partnership or commission arrangement. We use that code with the transportation request.

Reviews

The review form collects a display name, private contact email, rating and feedback. Your email is not published. Reviews are considered for publication only when you select the publication permission checkbox; they are reviewed before appearing on this site.
